| Dear Friends, Thank you for your interest in the Polish American Club of Columbus representing Polonia in Central Ohio. We are a charitable organization registered with the Office of The Attorney General in the State of Ohio under Public Charity Section 501(c)(3). As a Public Charity we are also tax exempt by the IRS and donations to the Polish American Club are tax deductible. The primary purpose of the Club, which was founded in February, 1980, is to celebrate our culture and heritage in America; and to acknowledge contributions that Poles and Polish Americans have made to world history. Throughout the year the club sponsors social gatherings and dances for Polonia in central Ohio featuring live music by Polish bands. It conducts Polish classes and youth activities. The Polish American Club participates in the "Columbus International Festival"; and also celebrates the traditional Polish Christmas feast, “Wigilia”, and "Swieconka", the traditional blessing of Easter foods. The club meets on the second Wednesday of each month (except December) at the Eagles Club, 3800 Westerville Road, at 7:30PM. We invite you to support us by participating in our activities. More importantly, we welcome you to join the POLISH AMERICAN CLUB and help us celebrate and preserve our precious heritage. |
